Quick answers to the most common issues.
Make sure the power plug is fully inserted into the robot. A loose connection can cause the robot to power on and off repeatedly before starting normally. Once fully connected, the robot should power on within about 20 seconds. If it still does not light up or move after 20 seconds, contact [email protected].
Look for REPO_BT_XXXX in your device’s Bluetooth settings. The last four characters will be different on each unit.
Make sure REPO_BT_XXXX is connected and selected as your audio output device, and that your device volume is turned up. Try pausing and replaying audio, or disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth. If audio works on another device but not yours, the issue is likely with that device’s audio settings. If audio does not work on multiple devices, contact [email protected].
Check the eye color for a status warning. See Status Light Reference below.
If there is no warning state shown, try restarting the robot by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If the problem continues, contact [email protected].
Hold the M button for 2 seconds to exit. In the Mouth Menu, holding + and - for 2 seconds will also exit.
Please contact [email protected] with your order number and photos or a short video of the damage. Repair options depend on the type of damage.
